Zen batteries are type approved by DNV. In addition, the batteries are being delivered under a BV Class project approval.
Patent pending
The Zen technology is protected by patent pending in Norway and Europe.
Pilot project
The first pilot batteries will be operational from Q3 2025.
Production facility
Zen is building a 1 GWh/year line in Tønsberg, Norway. The plant will be operational from Q3 2025.
